If you find an issue that youre experiencing alone as a player then the problem is probably on your side.
I'd suggest you check with your isp first and maybe even try another internet provider first before reaching out to EA. If there was an issue with your servers alot of players from your region would be complaining. About the cheating stuff try turning off cross play so you can face your console players. Almost all the cheaters play on pc and you need to avoid them if its causing you an issue.
