Unfortunately they don’t care and they won’t fix it sorry guys I’ve been having this issue too but they genuinely do not care as long as you already spent your money on the game they don’t care because they are greedy and lazy. Spoke to one of their customer service agents and the guy was just like sorry then he said call your wifi provider. Makes no sense but shows how much they care. Switching to any other game now cause I’m never buying an EA game again and I think you guys shouldn’t either cause dealing with this for as long as it’s been going on is actually mind blowing.
