Can’t connect to EA servers on PSN network.

Hey, 

since 28th Dec 23 I couldn’t connect to EA servers on my PS5 . I happened after i traveled for one week. I check all basic troubleshooting but still not connecting such as:

1- reset my router

2- unplug and plug ethernet cable.

3- clear caches of ps5.

4- restart ps5

 at the end I tried to connect through mobile hotspot it worked. Despite that other games (not EA games) works on the ethernet connection. 

please advise.
