Can someone from EA actually just help me? Helpdesk no answer in a week.

Who do I contact to get help?

EA Help/ Official support there is absolutely no one answering for over a week now. 

I've sat behind waiting 8 hours for 3 hours with waiting time supposed to me 0-1 minutes. 

Where is the support? I cannot even phone a number to get help. 

I've followed every possible instruction. What more can I do? 

I have a bloody life. I had 3 hours free to sort things out and now my 3 hours are up and its time to work.
