Cannot communicate using SSL

I cant sign in to my server its show me error connect. And the the game just stop and i have to restart it again. I attached the pic for the problem. Error N. (WV-109156-2)

    Here are some troubleshooting steps for SSL errors:

    1. Log out and sign back into your account.
    2. Ensure that your game is up to date.
    3. For new players linking their accounts for the first time, please do it on our website and then restart your game.
    4. Make sure that your antivirus or firewall is not blocking the game if you are on a PC.
    5. Check if your console software is up to date. Go to your console settings and look for a software update option.
    6. Make sure your Router/Modem Firmware is up to date. Visit the manufacturer's website, or manual, for instructions on how to update your model.
    7. Try restarting your console and router. This can often solve minor connection issues.
    8. Turn off your console and disconnect the Ethernet cable for 30 seconds, then reconnect it. This can help reset the connection.
    9. Check if you can use a mobile hotspot to connect. If this works, it suggests the issue may be with your ISP or home network.
    10. If you're using a VPN, check if the game works without it. Some games have issues connecting over VPNs.
    11. Lastly, check if there are any issues with your ISP. You can do this by visiting their website or contacting their customer service.
