Can't Connect My New EA Account
I am trying to link my new EA account to my Xbox because my old EA account got hacked. I can not remember the email I used or the password with my old account. I made a new one and the EA help says that I just need to log in through the game and my new EA account will automatically switch over. Every time I try to log in through the game I keep getting "you have lost your online connection"... even though my connection to my internet is fine. Everything else works fine, even in other games. I am at a loss for words with this and don't know how to fix this issue...
Hey @frisbieman400649 If your Xbox account is still linked to your old EA account, you won't be able to link it with your new profile. You need to contact our support team to verify and change your account details.
