Can't connect to any online gamemode

@EA_Shepard Hello, any word on the progress of the investigations and fixes? I am still unable to play any online seasons or ultimate team game modes nearly 2 weeks after this issue presented. 

@vNinjazz  The underlying issue itself was resolved yes but may not be resolved for each player no. Can you try the following and see if this works for you?

First, Let's try clearing out corrupted files. From the main in-game menu, navigate to Customize > Profile > Delete to bring up the game's file list. Delete all files except Online Pro-files, and Any files with Career or Journey in the name, These are Career or Journey Mode saves and will not be re-downloaded.

Navigate to customize>online settings> matching-making options> change the approximate matching-making location option.

If these do not work, please reinstall the game. This should update the game properly.

@EA_Shepard Hello, I have tried the new fixes you suggested, including reinstalling the game. Despite this, I still am unable to play Ultimate team or seasons and am getting the same error messages as before. I have also tried today following downloading the new title update but it still doesn't work.

Are there any other fixes available to try or is there anyone else I can be put in contact with to try and resolve this ongoing issue?

@vNinjazz Can you go here C:\Users\user\Documents\FC 24 and delete the settings folder?

Then run a repair on the game and log back in and see if it gives you the same error.

@EA_Shepard Hello. Thanks for your reply. I have deleted the settings folder and logged back in and am still getting the same error. This change also deleted my pro clubs avatar which is annoying as this seems to be the only online game mode I can play...

Update - It is now over 1 month since I initially had this issue and I STILL can't connect and play any ultimate team or seasons game modes despite clearly being connected to the servers as I can play pro clubs. I can't even connect to volta to collect rewards I have earned by playing pro clubs as it says I am not connected to the server. Absolutely ridiculous that a AAA game could be in this state.

We're very sorry to read after a month, you still can't connect to Ultimate Team and Volta. 

It shouldn't be an issue from your account since you can connect to Online services and play Clubs.  

We would like to ask you to try another connection to ensure it is not an issue related to your connection. (you can also use your hotspot just for testing it). We know you can connect and play Clubs without problems, but since they're different modes, it is worth trying.

Also, could you let us know where you bought the game?

I also have this problem, its been going on for the past week. I can get into ultimate team but I cant search for opponents. I have cable conexion and tried different houra of the day but still no opponent.
