Can't play EA FC on ps4 and ps5

I can't play EA FC 24 on my playstation 4 after i've bought it on my playstation 5.

    Hi @wbongo, if you bought the physical disc of FC 24, you may be unable to install the game on your PS4.

      Hi there, did you get any help with this issue yet? I am having the same problem where I cannot play FC24 on my PS5. I got the bundle.
