Can't save progress because there is no "FC 24" file
Hello. Hope everyone is doing great.
So, I have been experiencing this issue for the past 2 days (since I baught the game)
When I load in the game it obviously has to show me a page where it sais "Create New Settings File" and I have to Save "Personall Settings 1".
Here's the problem. I cannot save anything because it simply doesnt let me to. I can freely play any game mode but cannot save any progress AT ALL.
(Not even in settings. I cant even "Activate Profile" on settings)
As every (Fifa at least) EA game, there is supposed to be a file on "Documents" with the progress. In our case the file must be named "FC 24".
I have tried every possible solution/tutorial out there on the internet and still nothing. Even after making up the file on my own... Re-installing and repairing the game multiple times...De-activating antivirus and firewall... and much more still nothing.
***I have never experienced this problem before. I downloaded the game (this year) via EA app. Last year on steam where I didnt find any problems LIKE THAT.
I have a suspicion that it is my PC, settings or files that are screwd up and need to be fixed but it also might be a bug.
I would appreciate your help and I would like this to be fixed ASAP.

Okay. so.. here's what I finally did. I made a whole new user with administrative permissions on my Device and downloaded fifa there which worked for me.
(Take note that my already existing user had all administrative permissions but somehow couldnt work)
