Cant select manager head, gets stuck in menu.

Hi there,

I just bought EAFC24 on PC a couple days ago and when I try and start a new career mode I cant change/edit my manager. When I go to the head selection it randomly picks one of the heads and I cant use my controller or keyboard/mouse to change to another head. 

Any ideas on how to solve this?
