Career mod crashes

When i try to change my Formation and save it it keepster crashes after 4-5 Seasons played. It seems that Formaties are really bugged, because before i had a bug which had overwrite my other formaties double and if i clicked on my RB Button it would crash sometimes.

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Create career mode saves. I have three career mode saves which all chrases after i have played some matches. When i create a new, it Will crash at some point. Application is updated, and I have tried to Rebuild database. I still experience same issue.
What happens when the bug occurs? Game close Down with error Code CE-34878-0
What should be happening instead? I should be able to play the game i have paid money for!

Every time I open a career mode save, the game crashes. 

I have now reproduced the same issue on three different career modes

I get the same error Code everytime it chrases. ce-34878-0

The game is updated, and I have tried to rebuild database, but result is the same.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play the game game will crash on a random date
What happens when the bug occurs? Finished a game New Year’s Eve 2024, pressed advance and the music becomes distorted and the game crashes on the 3rd January. Not a one off as I have reloaded the game a few times and it continues to crash on the same day.
What should be happening instead? Game should work properly

Hi, Im having some issues with my manager career mode, in the moment I open it, the game just shuts down and I cant open it again, I thought the solution was to charge it from the menu because the autosave was the one that was causing me troubles, but a day after, even the original file is shutting down my game, I play on PC, is there a solution? or what can I do, please help!!!
