What happens when the bug occurs? i press on squad hub or approach to buy player and the game crashes

6 months this game had been out and they still cant fix a simple bug. eafc career mode is unplayable. everytime i click on something it takes me to an error screen. this happen 100% of the time. ive litteraly tried everything that playstation has told me. from clearing my cache and rebuilding my database to completely reseting my entire console and still with out a surprise, nothing has worked. ive seen multiple posts on this but ive realised that ea dont give a damn as these posts are from months ago and still havent got a reply from any ea employees. i solyey bought eafc for the purpose of playing career mode. waste of money, waste of time. the crashing may be caused due to the created players i put into the career mode for fun. the players also dissapear alot in the career
