Career mode resign bug

I have the same issue, I don’t think the international cup was the cause. It’s just a massive game breaking bug that somehow hasn’t been fixed yet. I’m pretty sure it happens to everyone on console and some on PC. It’s ruined career mode for me. First half the international teams are not their (such as Australia) and now this bug that makes career mode unplayable.
