Clearly you don't take it seriously at all or the option to report cheaters would be available instead of only being able to report offensive names. What a joke. Done with future Fifa/EA FC as this won't be fixed any time soon/ever as always standard EA no care at all.

Youre right they dont care about us. Ultimate team is broken. And clubs full with hackers that ea dont care about us. One advice tho. Beat havkers with havking also. I tried to report and i have evidence but they closed my case. I dont even know wht ea pay these employees who dont even do their job. Or taking us seriously and listen to our complaints. But soon 2k will release football game AND IM PRETTY SURE THE SUPPORTS ARE FRIENDLY THERE LIKE ALWAYS
