Claimed twitch drops still not received

I watch the fc pro open on 3rd feb 2024. 
I was doing this as part of the requirements to complete the in game objective to receive Jota. 

However despite claiming the reward on twitch and watching for over the allotted time, I still haven’t received my rewards in game. 
EA Help are saying I have reached the requirements but if that were true I shouldn’t have been able to claim the rewards. 

Twitch have confirmed I have met the requirements and the rewards were claimed and released in their end and must be being with held by EA, as it’s the developers responsibility to make sure rewards are in accounts after being released by twitch. 

After 6 days I am no closer to sorting this out. 
I just want my rewards. I have posted a picture of the claimed rewards which is date and time stamped. I’m not lying. 
All the people emailing me aren’t helpful. 

I have provided proof- I do not understand how this is taking so long?!

PLEASE HELP!!
