I am unbanned yesterday in PC platform of FC 24 but i cannot login to Ultimate team and webapp/companion on phone.Every other mode can ve accessed normally except Ultimate team.I beleive it has happened before and i researched about every fix mentioned before but i never had this problem and i am facing this issue now.

@LostShadow97 When i received email of my ban lifted,My heart was full of joy for few minutes until i started Ultimate team.I wish i can get that happiness 😊 back.

Connecting to ultimate team is not possible at the moment and companion/webapp

@ibnMaeen Yesterday I received an e-mail that my ban was lifted, but my ban was still not lifted, when I checked the ban history a little while ago, I saw that my ban was lifted, no different mail came and I was able to enter the game without verifying my game files.

@HolyDevilsJs By the way, 3 hours ago I created a new support request stating that I received an e-mail that my ban was lifted and that my ban was not lifted, if you create such a support request, it may help
