Connecting to ultimate team is not

Can someone help everytime I try to access ultimate team it say connecting to ultimate team is not possible at the moment you will be returened to main menu

  Thanks, let's try the following steps:
  
  Try a full power-cycle on your console and router/modem
  
  Please run through the connection guide here as well as the guide from PlayStation
  
  Change your DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)
  
  Restore the Licenses on your console
  
  Check that you have an open NAT type on your console
  
  If these steps don't help, please run the Connection Quality Report and attach the results to your post so we can investigate further.
