Constant random crashes to desktop

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Games just crashes to desktop randomly without any error whatsoever, both in rivals and squad battles. Happens many times a day (6-8 times)

Hi Team,

I am having a really annoying issue with FC24 while playing Ultimate team rivals or squad battles. The game just crashes to desktop without any errors. I have noticed in various forums about people complaining on this same issue. Can you please guide me on what to do to source out what the problem may be? I have also noticed that it happened a couple of times even before a match started while I was still navigating the store and adjust the formation before a match so it's not 100% match related.

I really hope you can find a fix for this issue as I have spent a lot of money on this game and it became unplayable, not to mention it's constantly adjusting my DNF record which is totally unfair. This issue only started recently (unsure when exactly)
