Controller settings are different and missing R1 on defense

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Load onto the game with PS4 Controller(wired/wireless tried both) even though linked to Bluetooth and Steam Open and EA app is running in background.
What happens when the bug occurs? Cannot find R1/RB in controller settings menu>customize controls. My Controller works well when I double click R1/RB it performs the two player contain but just 1 teammate contain doesn't work. This occurred after an update at 22:00. The controls seem to have changed for tackling as well. In attack it seems to be working perfectly fine as a finesse shot modifier. I've tried using different controller as well but the issue prevails.
What should be happening instead? When pressing R1/RB during defense it should trigger teammate contain and when pressing circle/B during defense the character needs to perform a standing tackle.
