Daily random disconections in Ultimate team (during games or at menus)

Hello,

Im having a major connection problems.

Before you copy paste your troubleshooting guide, I already tried it all and nothing seems to work!!!

So my problem is as already mentioned… I keep getting random disconnects from the servers, it various from day to day but sometimes I get 2-3 a day, sometimes every 30 mins… If Im winning and disconnect me, I get a loss, it says its my connection but hear me out now…

I have wired connection from my ps5 directly to modem. No other routers between.

My internet connection is stable, ISP provider even changed new modem only to find out the problem still remains!!!

All other apps and games work so im certain its problem on EA side…

I changed my lan cable aswell, didnt work either.

Tried different settings, set in DMZ mode, changed DNS, changed to Wifi and tested out actually every possible thing but nothing nothing would prevent from losing connection !!!

I tested connection on twitch app on ps5, watching live streams and connection was perfect without interupts.

Also checked my match history and checked my connection to ea fc servers… its 80-90 out of possible 100 all green which indicates nothing strange!

so I am calling you out, what is going on here?? Like seriously, this is gettin on my last nerves…is the problem at server im gettin connected to?? can you find out??

Hey all, if there is a server side issue then everyone will be disconnected.

Random disconnects are almost always network or ISP based and something you need to work on.

It can be down to not having the bandwidth to continue, a routing issue or a dozen different things.

Best thing to do is to work with your ISP to continue improving your connection.

For connection issues @Danchieee you will need to speak with your ISP and work on improving yours.

@EA_Darko Didnt you read my post fully? ISP provider checked everything and the signal is perfect and constant. I have 200/20 which is more than enough. They even changed modem. No other disconnects on other games or apps…

what kind of costumer support is this??
Cant you check what is going on and why is disconecting so much ??

@EA_Darko HAHA, he specifically asked you not to copy/paste, so what did you do?

You all know its a problem with EA servers, but since you are making billions, why fix it, right?

It`s just hilarious, people all around the world having connection problems ONLY ON EA FC and they just can't help at all.
But you know, they think we are dumb, because in 2024 no one knows how internet works, right?
If the problems are happening on a specific server, no matter your device, region our ISP... sure, its my connection, my router, my device and my region that cant connect to the magnific EA servers... I don`t even know why I`m complaining here since it always has been like that (and it will always be).

In my case, the connectivity instability happens around 8PM CET almost every day. The problem in my case is both at menus and online games (only in ea fc).
For all other hours I logged in everything is fine.
I am constantly checking my fiber line pinging external servers and I have never seen any issue.
How do you assume that the problem is not on your side just because there are not many players complaining ?
Sorry saying that but it is a very unprofessional attitude.
Could you provide a list of IPs to probe?

Worst support team I've ever seen, they don't help with anything, all they do is copy/paste. If so many people are experiencing this problem, it means there is a problem with your servers. It has been saying there was an error connecting to ea sport FC 24 for 20 days, but I have called my internet provider many times and updated the modem, but I am still having problems. @eadarko @ea
