Deleted my game file by accident

Hello!I wanted to go play EA FC (used to be fifa), somehow by miracle the controller slipped in my hands and I managed to delete my game file, Is there any way I can get back my ultimate team by some cloud restore or something because Im still able to access it through web app and mobile app, please help, Im devastated.

ugh is there like literally no way of retrieving it, by cloud or something its just so freaking sad...

I have the game still on web app, isnt there anything u could do.

You can try exiting out of the game and logging back in again @Sjeeen&nbsp;but there is no guarantee that will work

Do u mean that I create new game file? Because that's the screen where Im at, if I create new game file then there is new ultimate team correct?
