Discarded players wont load ea fc

I'm having the same exact issue as the other guy where he can't quick sell recover 99 Sawa. There's a "can't load discarded items" error message when I try to recover her and I have 4 recoveries right now too. I had two cases yesterday and one guy said there was a team trying to fix the issue and it would take a couple of hours to fix, then in the other case they said they couldn't help me and that they hadn't seen any issues on their end. I have 6 days left to get her from my quick sell recoveries and just haven't found anything to help my issue.
