Disconnection at end of games causing punishments instead of rewards

The same happened to me. I had just won a game 7-4, but when i pressed advance at the end of the game it logged me out. When i managed to get back into ultimate team it had counted the game as a loss. This prevented me from getting 11 wins. The least they can do is completely ignore that game, but counting it as a loss is completely ridiculous.
