EA DELETED MY ULTIMATE TEAM AND NOT HELPING

I played EA FC 24 in EA PLAY. Then EA changed to dollar in Türkiye so i could not afford it. I bought the game from Epic Games and linked my account to the exact same EA account. The name of my team and the vreation date is correct but ALL MY ULTIMATE TEAM IS GONE and EA HELP IS NOT HELPING. They keep sending me exact same links which just say unlink your profile. If i unlimk i can not link it back for 6 month. So please EA community help me i had 200+ hours in this game and team with icons and etc.....

    Unfortunately, we can't help through Answers HQ either. You'll need to contact an advisor again to have them investigate this further.

    I was just wondering whether you are using the same platform.  Is it PC, xbox, or playstation?  I am also a little confused that you said you were already playing EA FC 24 through EA Play, so why would you have to buy it?  Did you stop paying for EA Play? Also did you use the app with EA Play account and did you sign into that with same information and all your players are gone on the app.  Just trying to understand some maybe I or others can give you some more advice.

  • Yes i am using the same platform which is PC.

    So let me explain. First i used EA PLAY PRO to play EA FC 24. After 2-3 month in Türkiye the price of  the EA PLAY subscription change from 5 dollars to 20 dollars which is huge in Türkiye because of the high inflation. So i bought the game from EPIC games with sale. I linked my EA Account which i use to play EA FC 24 to my Epic account and opened the game. Everything was fine until i opened the ultimed team. The name of my team is correct , the creation date of team that shown is correct but all my players is gone there was just bronze players. And EA HELP just sending me useless links orjust say to wait.I have to play team of icons with bronze and useless gold cards now and there is still no help from EA Help.

    @TheViperMB 

    You can always try starting a chat with an advisor instead. We did not delete your team. You can lose your team if your account is unlinked though.
