EA FC 24 account log in problem in game

It sounds like your game settings file may have been damaged somehow. Please try to delete the existing settings folder from Documents on your PC, or even rename the whole FC24 folder in Documents (by adding "- Copy", to it, for example), and then repair the game from the EA app to verify the game files.

Hi @EA_PulsarI already try that and didnt work. I delete the game several times even delete the folder and downlod it again and the problem is still the same.

Something I forgot to mention. After you change or delete the FC 24 folder from Documents, when you launch the game for the first time, please do not change the&nbsp;Personal Settings name in the game. Leave it as&nbsp;Personal Settings and proceed.&nbsp;

Okay. So after you delete the ESFC24 folder from Documents on your PC, do you see your settings as&nbsp;Personal Settings&nbsp;1 when you launch the game, or does it still appear as BIJI?&nbsp;
