EA FC 24 CLUBS DROP - NO OPPONENT FOUND

The drop in feature in clubs is not working it says "No opponents found" or "Connection has been lost with opponent" we have been trying for a very long time restarted and re installed the game. We have Fiber optic connection 1GB download speed and upload speed wired connection . Me and my friend from PS5 (im on xbox series X ) have been attempting this and it always gives that error we cannot play at all . I will attach a screenshot for reference. It says "match found" then it says no opponent found or connection lost after searching with friend in lobby.

We are investigating reports of some players losing connection to their opponents when attempting to start a Drop-In match in Clubs. This issue has been added to the EASFC Tracker. https://trello.com/c/4s91T468
