EA FC 24 crash when trying to connect to online

Hope EA community guy will read this. This problem still exists, at least on pc, hope your team will resolve it.

My FC24 crashes every time im in a game, literally every single time. Its nothing to do with my ps5 because its brand new

This issue was reported the very first day on the 22nd September. Some people also stated that they were trying to connect from Ukraine and for some VPN fixed the issue. But this issue is clearly on your side. I pre-ordered previous 6 titles (23, 22, 21, 20, 19, 18) and had never experienced such issue. But as for now I still do. I also reside in Ukraine, I'm using Steam version and I've managed to fix this issue using solution from the first thread:

• Go offline on EA Play
• Launch EA FC 24
• Go online on EA Play (wait ~10 seconds)
• Connect to the EA servers in game

This solution is simpler than using VPN, but still it's not ok that the company of your size lacks resources to fix it after 8 days straight.

Me too, I can't play online and when it tries to connect to FC24 Servers it will crash
I don't know why this happened

He im also crash and i pre order i can just play offline. Please fix it 

Hey all, for connection issues like this if you have tried the troubleshooting above please speak with your ISP who can take a look at your connection with you.

Hello, I'm totally sure that its not because of connection because I can play Fifa 23 easily but the problem is only with FC24 for mine,

However from yesteday I can't see "My Game" badge for FC24 in EA Help Site and I even couldn't find anywhere to submit a ticket

Could you please take a look on my account and fix the problem?
