EA FC 24 disconnecting

Hi EA, 

Once again the terrible game play issues continue. Never have I seen any game this bad. Even with top notch internet, mid game I get disconnected and it leaves ultimate team. 

I have now lost another game due to the not surprising game issues going on ever since I got the game. 

How do I resolve this?

    Most likely, this is caused by using a wireless connection. Can you switch to a wire or is your router too far away?

    Just had a game and I won 4-2 but when it reached full time it shows me that I am unable to connect to EA servers. I reloaded into the game and I was given a loss record. This really makes me furious as it is not the first time already. This is completely unacceptable.. Please fix your damn issues EA.

  • I’ve lost 5 games to this in champs play offs keeps disconnecting me even thou my WiFi is good

    You can find some connection troubleshooting steps here.

    First, it would be good to power cycle your equipment with these instructions; unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. 

    Also, try using alternate DNS settings with these steps. If you don't see a difference, try the Google DNS servers. Those are: Primary alt number 8.8.8.8 - Secondary alt number 8.8.4.4.

    If your router supports QoS (Quality of Service), enable it and give your PS5 priority.

    Enable UPnP. However, I have seen rare cases where disabling UPnP helped.

    Check your ethernet cable for any damage. Also, it should be at least Cat 6.

    If none of this helps, contact your ISP to see if they are noticing issues. You shouldn't be having that much packet loss.

    yo does your game freeze during halftime/ goal celebration or cutscenes because thats what is happening to me in every game mode.

    You're connection report is showing significant packet loss so it's really no perfectly okay. What platform are you playing on?

  • Here is my quality report and I use LAN Cable for my PlayStation 5

  • I have the same issue, I have lost 5 champions match today and I am very pissed… my connection is perfectly okay, I was even leading and it will disconnect and give me a lose this happens to me almost everytime… pls watch the video it’s annoying and I have lost more than 100 games to this same issue…,
