i have an older GPU at home should i try and install it to my pc and see if it will make a diffrence?
my current gpu is the RX 6700XT
and the one i am gonna try is the RX 590
should i try the older GPU?
@Hououin0Kyouma it will probably work, but at less fps. If your willing to use an old GPU just to play this game then sure, go for it.
i have swapped the GPU's but it didnt work.

THIS ACTUALLY WORKED ! I was able to talk to someone in live chat by going to the help page, selecting a random game (mine was Jedi fallen order) and select being an issue with my account until the live chat box showed up at the bottom. at this point, I wasn’t really optimistic that I could get to someone because I had already been stopped at this page before due to the dropbox, not allowing me to select what consul I was on. but this time it actually worked and I was able to select I was on PC and from there on actually talk to a real person and get my account back.
hopefully this helps someone i cant choose my console too, so i cant contact them
- @Hououin0Kyouma try to choose a random game from their list and choose an account issue of any kind. Then there should be an option to use live chat
I just spoke to another EA agent, and he said that this problem was new and that I was the first one to bring that up. Could be a misunderstanding, but it doesnt look to good for us guys.

Try opening the EA app menu while loading up. SHIFT+F1. Wait a few second and voilla, your in.- @fluffandpuff What? It doesn't work

FIXED ON PC: rename FC 24 in documents to FC 24CS (idk why just copied instructions from a youtuber) but it works! Hope everyone is seeing this.
Since the fix I restarted my laptop once to check if it was a fluke but so far game is still running.
