After i redeemed my EA FC 24 Ultimate edition (early access) key bought from a 3rd part (i think its called), it startet downloading. But i wanted to pause the download to do some changes, but after i paused the download of the game it dissapeared completely from my account

Hello, you have to spam them, on here, on email, and on EA Support so they will finally reply, after 2 and a half day, they just returned my game on my EA App. thanks for replying guys because this made them return faster😄
