EA FC 24 is not showing up in my game Library

I redeemed a code for EA FC 24, it said code redeemed. Yet The game does not show up in my game library.

I tried reusing the code: can't it has already been redeemed.

I checked the companion app: Apparently, I have the preorder bonus points and packs, but I still can't find the game in my library.

I tried closing, clearing cache and uninstalling EA APP. still nothing.

[ I do have one suspicion unto why this is happening, and I think it might be because I have only the option to buy the ultimate loyalty edition in the app, and ultimate edition is grayed out. The code I redeemed was for Ultimate Edition. Maybe there are two version and the loyalty one is causing interference? I'm not sure]

Anyway, I just the want to play the game.

    same still just stalling ive spent 90 gbp on code for ultimate edition and game isnt in library on ea app and cant play therefore we are all being scammed as we have payed for early access we havent recieved or the game which we payed for

    that is weird as mine still gives me option to buy ultimate edition

    the guy didnt help me just said i had to wait with no time frame or compensation for early access and the game which havent been recieved we could take legal action

    I contacted an agent and they confirmed that I redeemed the code and that everything should be working. told me to delete cache, uninstall EA app and recontact if didn't work. which it didn't. 

    Gonna contact them again
