Freezing during half time / pauses

I just downloaded FC24 for XBox One and having the same issue.  It is random and does not happen on every game.  But it freezes at half time when players are walking off the field.  Cannot seem to find anywhere that you can report this issue.  Or if there is a fix or workaround to address the issue.

I think I have narrowed down what might be causing the issue for me.  When I press A at half time to skip through the half time info, it always freezes.  But when I do not press anything and then let the game advance to the half time highlights and then press A, it never freezes for me.  Not sure if that is the work around, but seems to be working for me.  Still a bug that needs to be fixed.

Problem still occurs.  It seems that during first half the start menu button stops working so you cannot open the menu.  Then at half time game freezes on the pitch as the players are walking off.  No buttons on the controller work related the the game and only option is to have to reboot the game.  This is a huge bug and not sure why EA Sports has not addressed this.

this stuff still happens and its infuriating. Mid June and its happening on seasons. Always against Xbox players (I am PS) and I get the L for it when its the other person pausing on HT.

Yeah happening to me in Champs, in a must win game. Winning 2-0 in an easy game. Now I can't get 11 wins. 

EA sports. Fix the F'n video game. 

Same on the switch. The bug reappeared now. Doesn't seem like EA cares enough to fix it as this bug comes and goes.
