EA FC 24 Manager/Player career mode keeps crashing PROBLEM

I have created about 5 different player and manager careers and all crashed on a random day and month, my latest save always crashed at 1 September and on different careers the date is completely dif...

I keep having the same problem. Every time I play career mode and go to initially save the game it just keeps crashing. 

also re installed 3 or 4 times, setting up new files etc but it keeps happening 😬
