Community ManagerRebooting really should prevent this, check the following info to make sure you are performing the clean boot correctly:

ok so i did what was a clean boot to my knowledge and disable all services and disable services at startup. Then i restarted the computer and ran the game and it didnt launch but it said that ea background services was disable. So i re-enabled it then i restarted again then launched it said anti cheat was disabled so i enabaled it then restarted again and when i launched the game for the final time the same pop up message came up. Check screenshots for a little info.
