I moved it to the FC 24 boards. I'd like you to run the Connection Quality Report and get me a screenshot of the overall score as well as the match history. You can find the button for that on the left side of the screen. Thanks!
Connection Quality Report is not working, i enabled sharing user data as well in game and it still hasnt worked i have tried playing multiple games now as well @EA_Aljo it seems that im not the only one with this problem
Community ManagerI understand you're not the only one with this issue, but it's also a small amount of people so far so we need to go through connection troubleshooting.
Can you try playing a few more matches and then run the test again?
Also, are you on a wired or wireless connection?
Have you power cycled your modem/router recently? If not, unplug it for 2 minutes and start it up again. Shut down your PC first though.
Yeah but when you are playing i have 1 second delay but when i presenta start in the menú of the match there isnt delay
Same problem with me but only on clubs, making clubs completely unplayable
But i still have 1 sec of delay. Either clubs or ultimate team are unplayable.
My connection score is 99 with 14 ping and I’m experiencing massive button delay
@Romazoric how do you fix your fps in fc24?
I have the same exact issue as well. Now msot of the time my buttons to pass and shoot work but i cant control the direction of my players they just jog in a straight line. Aljo I clicked your link for the quality test and it says I haven played any games in the last 7 days so there's an issue there anything else I can do.
Pleaseeee sort this out. I’m trying to play online but it’s a 1 second delay after every movement and I’m finding it really hard to play. I can tell it’s a delay since the sound of the ball kicking/goal going in happens a second before the ball is kicked in game.

What you don’t understand is that this is not a connexion issue.
It was the same in fifa 23, there is a solid delay between the controller and the game and this is JUST on online games.
It is unacceptable as it makes the game unplayable which is super super super annoying as it is brand new and this problem is known for YEARS.
I honestly regret buying fifa again. It is the same * every years, bug and problems everywhere.

When playing offline the game is super responsive and I have no fps issues, it´s absolutely perfect.
When I go to online matches I start having huge delay and fps suddenly drops.
It´s not my internet connection causing the problem and here you have the proof.
Hope you guys can help me.

As a community we have to keep this topic up and make it billions comments. We are the people which this company makes billions every year. If we raise up our volume, they have too listen. If they make nothing about it, we have too show them our frusturation with not buying or spending their game. Keep your comments up until someone incharge make an explanation about this.
