It's been 6 days since the game was released, and EA still hasn't come up with a solution. This issue should not have happened in the first place because we don't pay extra money for early release to become beta testers. What a lazy response to say not aware and give an NPC solution while 100+ players complain they face the same issue.

Guys, forget it, they won’t report anything. I am literally wired directly to my router and its still showing a poor connection and all, when everything else works. Including 23 clubs. Its an EA problem that they don’t want to face. We are consumers of a product, with an expectation that the product works. The product is faulty. We have every right to have a refund and ultimately this has killed clubs for me and my friends for the time being, which is so frustrating. EA don’t care, they want their money. Just get a refund guys because having worked in tech support before, i know when to report issues or major incidents based on reports and if troubleshooting doesn’t resolve. We have evidence that nothing is fixing it and these guys still won’t report the issue to the dev team as a major incident, when it truly is.
