I’m still waiting for my greats of the game icon pack after I pre ordered ea fc 25 ultimate edition on 19th of august on my Nintendo switch by the 20th of august. I waited 2 weeks and 2 days and I’m still waiting for my greats of the game pack I was promised on the 20th of august I would get the pack by the 25th of august. On the 25th august no sign of it another next day I went on the chat line they say they sorted it out they kept me to wait longer still no sign of it to this day
