Ea sports fc 24 - PS4 visual glitches, formation selection missing packs

Question

Console - PS41. Scorers card is not properly visible in game. Only shows the top of the card. I have changed all camera settings and tweaked the zoom and height too. Attached is a screenshot.&nbsp;2. When creating a new squad and trying to select a formation there is a 30 second delay when toggling between formations. Makes it near impossible.&nbsp;3. I opened a premium gold pack and got a free pack from it. The said free pack doesn’t show in store and I can only see the notification on the tv screen and the red dot on the web app.&nbsp;

@EA_Pulsar&nbsp;apologies for tagging you directly but it’s been 2 weeks with these issues and a fair few people have had them. EA seem to not acknowledge or respond to any of these on any platform i.e., twitter or the ‘EA’ community.&nbsp;is there a way to escalate this to get a response? Shouldn’t be difficult to get one from the makers of the game.&nbsp;
