Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I run FC2024 and then before the loading screen it crashes and goes back to the platform.

I've done all the required steps you told me to do more than 3 times and yet the problem remains. I've read all the instructions needed when I spoke with your representatives. I enter your platform like always, I run FC2024 and then before the loading screen it crashes and goes back to the platform. I've read all the instructions needed at several forums and I could open the game. This process is very tiresome and to be totally honest with you I am not in the mood/patience to do the previous steps again.I did all the steps required in order to be able to play such as: i)renew my drivers , ii)uninstall and delete cache etc.. My computer specs are far better than the specs required for this game.
