I also habe the exact same issue as you. Is it a bug. I purchased the game from steam and i cant refund it cause i have passed over 2 hours trying to fix this game. Ive spent a lot on money on this game and I dont have much money, if this doesnt get fixed please EA give me back my money. Ive bought your product and it doesnt work
