How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Alter a stadium name save it in Profile Squads then start Volta and stop Volta.
What happens when the bug occurs? All stadium names and squads reset to their generic names
What should be happening instead? Edited stadium names should keep their names after stopping with Volta.

It's not just for Career mode either and loading the saved squad file doesn't solve it.
