hello! I also encountered the same problem, did you solve it?
tried a fresh windows install, tried all of the run as administrator tricks, tried dropping settings down to lowest possible, tried turning off overlays. none of it worked
I have given up for the night. i highly advise everyone to send your error info to the admins on their pinned post. the more info out maybe they can help.

After trying again today and enduring multiple reboots my PC is bootlooping from blue screen to reboot back to bluescreen. That update needs to come quick. Going to have to do a fresh windows install... again.
