- TUBSON19772 years agoSeasoned Novice@EA_Darko This has not answered the question. People get kicked after each game with the message connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the Main Menu. There are literally 1000s of people telling you of the same issue. It’s nothing to do with connection as it is happening to my sons account and not mine and we have two copies of ultimate edition. This needs sorted asap or I want my money back. It’s went on for several days now.

Thousands are getting this message including me. Despite what the message says, its not a connection issue, its a problem with too many matches getting played in a short window of time. I've wasted so much time completing matches for this error to come up. DNF when you come back on means you also get punished for their error as you now get less coins per game, if it actually completes. I'm in the process of asking Microsoft for a refund.
Same issue here. Please do something about this quickly. Ive spend extra money to play the game early, but i am not able to play any games now. A compensation should be appriciated.

It is not an internet connection issue as we are all (based on the numerous posts/threads created) able to get into and play complete games (squad battles, rivals, friendlies) but it is post game that the issue appears.
This issue doesn't occur however for moments challenges and the transfer market is fine too. Also there is no issue connecting to and playing games on clubs.
This really needs to be looked into, as ultimatley we have paid extra to have the early access (along with the additional bonuses) yet are unable to make use of this. - TUBSON19772 years agoSeasoned Novice@EA_Darko Apologises, however that is yet again a lazy reply and inaccurate as you can see by the other posts and responses. As I have said before, my son and I both have the game on separate consoles. We are both using the same internet connection and his ping is actually better than mine but he is still having this issue. I have sent a separate email and opened a case as this is unacceptable only a few days into a new release. Promise me this will be looked into and not put down to connection issues with the below trouble shooting basic and what we will have all done. The trouble shooting offers little in terms of resolution.
