EASFC24 ON PC CONTINOUS SOFTLOCKING IN ALL MODES IN ULTIMATE TEAM

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? N/A
What happens when the bug occurs? I am continuously getting soft-locked (as in, unable to click continue through screens, select kits before playing games, complete SBCs, claim evolutions, claim rewards from objectives) in ALL UT modes, and I can barely play games or do anything without the game soft-locking me and trapping me in screens, forcing me to restart the entire game. This has been occurring since LAUNCH and it's still not been fixed.
What should be happening instead? I should be able to progress forward without being prevented to
This has been happening since launch. where this happens way too often than it should.
The following sequences happen all the time:
- I can play 2-3 matches from Squad Battles/Rivals/Champions/Drafts, and go to the Objectives to claim a completed objective. The game will not let me progress off the screen and disable both my controller and keyboard from letting me go off the screen but the rewards will still be claimed.
- I can complete a series of SBCs, open the packs, and then go and try to play a game and the game softlocks me in the selection menu.
- I can open a completed objective, open the pack rewards from it, try to go into a game and it softlocks me from the selection menu.
- I play 2-3 games from Squad Battles/Rivals/Champions/Drafts, go in and decide to do an SBC, the game will either softlock me IN the SBC, or whenever it's finished and submitted it will softlock me in the menu showing the SBC was completed.
- I can complete an SBC, and like above, the game will softlock me once it's finished.
