Encore Icon Upgrade Packs not appearing in Store

Hi,

I've completed the Encore Icon Upgrade SBC twice now, but the pack has not appeared in my store on either occasion (I tried for a second time as thought it might have been a one-off glitch).  I completed all 3 sub-sections of the SBC and the completion reward (i.e. Encore Icon Upgrade Pack) flashed on the screen to indicate that it had been completed, but when I went my packs (in FC24 Store), there are no Encore Icon Upgrade packs appearing.

Has anyone else had this problem?

Also, is there anyway of EA compensating the packs at this point?
