Error - You are not actively playing the game

When i play Ultimate team - Rivals, i get the big message in the middle of the screen saying you are not actively playing the game if you do not return before the count down you will forfeit the game. This message stays on for the entire game meaning I cant see the middle of my screen and the ball. I have player several games  with this problem. Can anyone help or EA support members look into the bug. 

its playd on Xbox X and happend first time at 21.42 today 23.10.2023.

    Hey @123hermanG  Please clear the cache on your console to prevent this from happening. You can do that in three different ways:

    • Unplug your console for more than 2 minutes. Doing this fixes most issues.
    • Press Xbox button > Profile & System > Settings > Devices & Connections > Blu-Ray > Persistent Storage Clear Persistent Storage.
    • Clear cache/soft reset: Settings System Console info Reset Console > Reset and Keep my Games & Apps.
