There was an issue on my ea fc 24 ultimate team and thus issue has been occurred for more than a month. I also has submitted reports to ea support team twice relating to this issue.The issue is I cannot play all type of game mode on the ea fc 24 Ultimate Team. It stated that there was an error communicating to my ultimate team server. Thus this has caused me unable to play all type of game mode in the ultimate team.Even I cannot change the player in my line up at the 'squad'. After I had finished editing my line up and tried to go back to the main menu, the same notification pop up.I hope that ea support team can solve this issue as this has cause be being left behind and I also has missing many of the event.

I have also been receiving this error message for 4 weeks now. This error occurs when trying to search for a game and also if I back out from the squad menu. I tried to create a new squad which allowed me to add all my players again but the error occured again when trying to search for a match. I am on PlayStation 5 console. Is there a solution for this?

@Yid_Wan As a test, can you try switching your connection to use a mobile hotspot?

Also has done that. At first I thought it could be my internet connection problem. However, after switching to mobile hotspot the same error is still there. I have tried to play the ultimate team on fifa 23 and it run smoothly as it should. This shows that the bug/technical issue is only appear on ea fc 24.

I already done that. I have already change my line up, change formation, change all of my players and even sell all of my loan player but still the same error occur.

Try using alternate DNS settings. From the Xbox home screen, go to Settings > Network > Advanced settings > DNS settings > Manual. (If Settings doesn't appear on the home screen, select My Games & Apps, then Settings). From there, enter the Primary DNS as "208.67.222.222" and the Secondary DNS as "208.67.220.220". If that doesn't help, try using the google DNS servers which are: primary alt number 8.8.8.8 - secondary alt number 8.8.4.4.

@EA_Aljo Yes I have tried the suggestions here and no luck. It seems like the issue is more specific to my squad on the back end. I've also read other suggestions about certain players being on the squad causing this but I don't have such players mentioned.
