IN EA FC 24 i Am doing the james maddison sbc i did the premier league challenge it succeded but when i try to submit my squad in the england challenge it says failed to submit on the web app i tried submiting on my ps5 console it did not work can i please have a solution for this

It says connecting to Ultimate team is not possible at the moment.You will be returned to the main menu
Any update on this? Haven’t been able to submit the first squad of the James Maddison sbc all day. I tried using the web companion and receive a similar error there as well.
i also cant submit the last sbc for hybrid nations-/leagues

Trying to do the max 89 icon upgrade but I won’t let me submit the 86 rated team if kicks me off every time I’ve left it for a day and get the same result but I am able to do the other squad and any other sbc
