i'm having the same issue i was told from the EA chat support that it's a globally-spread issue. although i searched on the web and found out that this issue is around since 2021, the support said they are doing their best to fix it but i don't know if that's true i mean as i said, it's since 2021 there is this issue let wait and cross our fingers ig

@Blue2909 Yeah, that's what I was thinking if the problem has been since 2021, who know's when we will be able to play again. Have you heard or seen anything from those who had it back then?
