FC 24 - EC:10200, Couldn't connect to the game session

My friend and I can't invite each other to either CO-OP Seasons or Online Friendlies due to the error EC: 10200, We couldn't connect to the game session because it's either offline or no longer available. We both re-installed the FC 24 and EA Games but it didn't work out. 

Any help or suggestion is appreciated.
